Landscape Architecture

Joanna D'Asaro is a Licensed Landscape Architect who has been designing and managing projects for twenty years. Joanna’s background includes Master Planning, Residential Renovation, Slope Plantings, Native Plantings, and Low Water Use Gardens. Some of her favorite design elements include outdoor rooms, edible gardens, perennials and fragrant plants. Joanna enjoys working with clients to develop their dream gardens from their early concepts through to final installation.

With the “Greener” tag, heads up the exterior design part of our company. You’ll find her ankle deep in mud on a site, at her desk drawing up concepts and details for projects, or crouching along side a trail, looking to identify a new plant. Her roots in the Pacific Northwest go back to her college days at the University of Washington, learning from the leading edge Landscape Architects of Seattle, with their deep sense of place and commitment to open space. To each project, she brings her unique mix of the creative, laced with fun, and practical solutions layered with a calm, problem solving and listening approach.
